Chomp Gums - Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your Chomp Gums purchase, we’re here to help. Please email us at contact@chompgums.com so we can discuss your specific needs and determine whether a refund or an exchange is appropriate.

Eligibility:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery 

Please include your order number and proof of purchase.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging unless the issue is product damage or a manufacturing defect.
  • We may accept returns for opened items if there is a documented quality issue.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

1.  Email contact@chompgums.com with

  • Subject: Refund/Exchange Request — Order #[order number]
  • Your name, order number, date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Photos of the product and packaging if damaged or defective.

2.  We’ll respond within 3 business days to confirm next steps and provide instructions if applicable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable except when the return is due to a Chomp Gums error (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped).

Exchanges

·        If you prefer an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement once the return is approved (or immediately for verified defects) and notify you with tracking information.

  • If the replacement item is of different value, we will refund or charge the difference as applicable.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Abuse, misuse, or damage after delivery voids eligibility.
